Visa Information

Officials holding a diplomatic or service passport traveling to Rwanda to attend the 19th ILO Regional Seminar will be issued a free visa on arrival.

Visas on arrival will also be issued to all registered delegates attending the 19th ILO Regional Seminar as follows: policy makers and staff; members of delegations from international organizations; development partners or other agencies invited to attend the seminar, such as employers' and workers' associations; labor-based technology practitioners; special guests invited to attend the seminar; registered advisors, consultants, academicians, and research researchers; secretaries and persons accompanying delegates; and media.
